Hotel Pod Roza, Krakow

The amazing suite we were relocated to made our stay fantastic, even though the initial room was unbearable at times. Overall, the hotel offers exceptional service and accommodation.

The hotel was a mix of pros and cons. The rooms were nice but faced a noisy street; the suite upgrade was a plus. Service ranged from efficient but brusque to super friendly and helpful. Location was ideal near the main square but noisy at night. Dining was good but lacked early service for some items. Overall, had some ups and downs.
